Goresbrook School is located opposite Goals Soccer Centre. 

  • BY ROAD

    Cook Road is situated off Ripple Road, which you can access from the A13.  Goresbrook School is situated at the end of Cook Road opposite Goals Soccer Centre. 

    Once you reach the Goresbrook Interchange, follow the road signs for Goresbrook Leisure Centre and Leisure Park.

  • BY TUBE

    Goresbrook School is approximately a 15 minutes’ walk from Becontree Station (District Line). Exit the station and turn right. Walk down Gale Street (for approximately 5 minutes) to the junction with Goresbrook Road.

    Turn left onto Goresbrook Road, and continue walking with the rugby pitches on your right. After approximately 5 minutes, turn right down Richard Ryan Place.

    Follow the alleyway to the end. The school is directly opposite the end of the alleyway, separated by a pedestrian barrier. Continue on the path around the corner veering left then cross over the zebra crossing and turn right, following the path around to the school.

    Goresbrook School is situated opposite Goals Soccer Centre.

  • BY RAIL

    Barking train station is served by various different train lines. There is a taxi rank outside the station: a taxi will cost approximately £10 from Barking station (give directions to the ‘Goresbrook Leisure Centre site’ if unsure!).

    Alternatively take the 287 bus from Barking (see below).

    Dagenham Dock is served by the C2C and is 15 minute walk from school.

  • BY BUS

    You can reach the Goresbrook School using the following local bus routes:

    173 which runs between Beckton and King George Hospital

    287 which runs between Barking and Rainham

    If you are approaching the school Westbound (heading towards Barking/London) you will need to alight at the Dagenham Leisure Park bus stop (Stop F) which is the second stop after you pass ASDA on the left hand side. Walk across the footbridge which is situated on the right hand side as you alight the bus, when you reach the end of the footbridge take the set of steps to the left. Follow the path straight ahead around to the school which will be directly in front of you.

    If you are approaching the school Eastbound (heading towards Rainham/Upminster) then you will need to alight at the Dagenham Leisure Park bus stop (Stop N). Follow the pathway down to the left and follow around to the school which will be directly in front of you.
