Performance

2026 was a continuation of the huge success Goresbrook School has seen in the past. There was particular success in the English department, where over half of students left with a grade 7 or above.  

We are particularly proud of our Progress 8 score which continues our place as one of the top schools nationally and a whole grade above the national average. The combination of great teaching, curriculum and culture has enabled this outcome. These results have also enabled many students to go their first-choice post-16 provision including many who have joined our Sixth Form.

Our students and staff worked incredibly hard over the course of five years to achieve some incredible results. We are so very proud of all of our students. Congratulations to all our students.
